Returns

We offer returns within 30 days of delivery for any unused item.

To return: Email us with your order number and a short explanation. We'll send return instructions. You cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or wrong, in which case we do.

Refunds: Processed within 5 business days of us receiving the return. Refunded to the original payment method.

Exchanges: Easier to just return and re-order. The system is simpler that way.

What we don't take back: Items that have been used, stuck, adhered, or otherwise removed from their packaging in a way that makes them un-sellable. If you put the magnet on your car and decided you hate it — that's yours now.
